I lead engineering organizations that ship mission-critical products at scale. These days I back founders at the earliest stage — writing a check, then getting into the codebase and the architecture with them when that is what actually moves the product.
Most recently Senior Software Engineering Manager at Rapid7, running Threat Intelligence platforms and putting agentic AI into real security investigation workflows. Before that VP of R&D at Blings.io, where I owned technical strategy and took the product from early stage to enterprise-grade.
I care about strong engineering culture, pragmatic architecture, and growing the people I work with. I have spent as much time hiring, mentoring, and unblocking teams as I have writing systems — and I think that is the part that compounds.
